I'm a Lead Salesforce Developer who designs and delivers end-to-end solutions — from architecture through implementation. With 10 certifications across Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Nonprofit, Health, Life Sciences, and Net Zero Clouds, I balance declarative and programmatic development, implement secure sharing models, and build solutions focused on performance, maintainability, and long-term platform health.
I deliver enterprise integrations using MuleSoft and REST APIs, and support CI/CD-driven deployments using Gearset, Azure DevOps, and Git. At Levio Consulting, a Salesforce Summit Partner and Agentforce Partner Network member, I translate complex business requirements into well-governed Salesforce architectures and lead solutions from design through delivery.

Built 3 production-quality Agentforce agents — a MultiTopicNavigation loan application agent with compliance gates, a BidirectionalNavigation incident management agent with specialist delegation, and a public-facing profile agent deployed on Experience Cloud.
Led 3 major integration flows on a 7-8 system MuleSoft integration project for a large environmental services company. Connected Salesforce with HR, billing, data warehouse, vehicle telematics, fleet management, and geospatial systems. Designed a flow scheduling strategy to ensure system stability across all integrations.
Built case management forms on Experience Cloud for a federal government agency — full stack work with LWC components on the frontend and Apex classes, triggers, flows, and custom metadata on the backend.
Delivered payment integrations, donation management, and tax compliance automations for a large nonprofit. Built CRA-compliant tax receipt functionality, gift entry automation, and data governance controls on Nonprofit Cloud.
